Professional fees and costs
Our fees vary for each design as we provide a bespoke service for each client and don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach but a summary of our general fees is below.
Layout plan for a garden of up to 100 square metres: £500
Layout plan, 100-250 square metres: £600
Layout plan, 250-500 square metres: £750
For gardens larger than 500 square metres, please contact us for a bespoke price.
For gardens that are complex eg slopes, a surcharge may be added. (Agreed in advance)
For clients local to the Nantwich are we can visit you, however there may be a fee for this service.
Planting plans: £9 per square metre of planting area plus £60. Minimum charge £200.
Construction detail drawings, setting-out plans for your landscaper and specification and scope of works document: £30 per hour, (Agreed in advance)
